4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.

Your payment covers the consultation fee, prescription charge, and delivery. No additional charges will be applied after payment is confirmed unless you request a change to your order.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your specified UK address.

We cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has been handed to our courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a suitable safe location is provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.

If your order has not yet been approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Consultation fees are non-refundable once your consultation has been reviewed by our prescriber.
